Charles and Hamilton Cox Purchase Family Estate

The following images provide an exact copy of the original deed transferring the Cox family lands in Smuteye, Alabama from their father's estate to Charles and Hamilton, sons of Emanuel Cox.  They operated the plantation as a partnership until Hamilton's death in 1910.
