This hunting land is packaged with a one-room cabin (currently under renovation) with small kitchen and bath.  The $6000.00 fee includes; hunting liability insurance, a private-gated entrance, year round limited-use of the cabin, county water and trash service, along with limited electric power, outside yard maintenance/handyman and security service around the cabin.

This cabin is perfect for a secluded retreat for hunting, relaxing, hiking or fishing.
